FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much time do I need for an Apotherapy session?
It takes about 10 minutes to locate the main problem area, and additional time to work and resolve the disorder. Usually an injury area requires 30 minutes to get a good result. You may have a shorter or longer complete session (close to 100% improvement), depending on the condition and total related surface area.
Do I need to bring a diagnosis with me for an Apotherapy session?
No, you don't need to. Jane's Apotherapy is also a very useful diagnostic tool. Sometimes it can even locate problem areas that X-rays cannot provide. Accurate diagnoses are good for you to know what you have before and after the Apotherapy if it doesn’t hurt to have them done.
How many Apotherapy sessions do I need for a complaint disorder?
Usually you know the percentage of improvement during and right after the first session. After about one week, if any deeper layer area is still not 100% better, you will probably need one or more additional sessions. For injuries, if you make sure your pain is completely gone before you walk out our door, one session is all you need.
How long will the improvement last from Jane's Apotherapy?
Massage gives temporary relief. Jane's Apotherapy gives permanent relief, unless of course you reinjure yourself.
Can I get back to my everyday activity routine right after an Apotherapy session?
Yes, definitely, you can even play sports or dance in most cases. Just avoid overworking the treated area for a day or two, although you may feel fully recovered with full range of motion and movement. Redness may occur on the treated area showing what’s been cleared out. It will fade right after a session or within a week according to the treated area’s blood circulation and your condition. If you have congealed blood deposits that are cleared out to the skin surface, they may look like bruises during the healing process. However, the end result is smoother, healthier and younger looking skin.
When should I get an Apotherapy session?
You should get an Apotherapy session anytime you experience an acute or chronic condition. It is better to act sooner than later to save yourself from unnecessary suffering.
Irritations from tension, improper manual work, frequent cortisone / steroid
shots, or needles can only worsen your conditions. Frequent cortisone / steroid injections often lead to tissue degeneration. Tissue damage by needles often leads to more congealed blood deposits. Nerve tissue damage by needles often unwittingly leads to aggravating numbness. These require additional time for the Apotherapy to clear, especially in the case of multiple thin and deep tissue problems caused by needles. Numbing, blocking, or even stimulating the pain is not fixing the pain!
What if I already had a surgery?
If there is any adhesion or edema, or if your surgery does not improve your condition, then you should come to Jane's Apotherapy for corrections. The Apotherapy work is easier if no surgeries have been done. If you have artificial implants, Apotherapy treatment can help release blockage built up around the implants, relieving pain or stiffness.
Call for an appointment to save you time and suffering if you need a massage therapist, physical therapist, chiropractor, podiatrist, neurologist or acupuncturist related service.
